"The Sad Story"
The time has now come, the end is now here,
though the chosen path is not what all want,
both will go on without more than a tear,
but old feelings will continue to haunt,

in this house where the sun rises no more,
darkness now fills the heart that is within,
without her love coldness fills up the core,
and he reaches now to close the coffin,

life is now empty, purpose is now gone,
emptiness can make any person sad,
life to him now seems only to be flawn,
but through it all it will not make him mad,

they tell him in time that all things will heal,
but he knows that in truth that it is not real.

"The New Sun"
The new sun is rising on a new day,
darkness and shadow are gone from this place,
the sky is clear, the clouds have gone away,
in the clear sky light shines from a new face,

though all is not clear, some secrets to hide,
the truth is still known in a true friend's eye,
no despair will come with friends at my side,
the day stays bright with the sun in the sky,

with despair now a fading memory,
a time so dark, I can now hardly view,
happiness in a new discovery,
a time to enjoy something that is new,

something precious it is nice to have here,
someone precious it is nice to have near.

"Shining Bright"
The beautiful sun is shining so bright,
it fills our days full of beautiful light,
but where the sun shines, clouds seem to follow,
dark clouds hover near, that seem so hollow,

the sun keeps its beauty, even in sleep,
and with the sun's beauty, light we will keep,
great is the feeling when the sun is close,
emptyness without the sun's daily dose,

dark days have come when the sun would not shine,
dark clouds still come to scare the sun away,
always I will make sure the sun is fine,
and we will make the clouds clear any day,

so when the sun comes to brighten the land,
I will take the sun into my good hand.

"Darkness"
There is a darkness, a darkness inside of me,
A darkness which you cannot see,

I sometimes have trouble, trouble seeing you,
Trouble understanding the things you do,

I have a darkness, a darkness inside of me,
A darkness I hope no one will ever see,

I have faced much darkness, darkness that lingers,
It grasps my heart with its cold fingers,

The darkness lingers, lingers as a part of me,
Remnants of darkness that you will never see.
